We live on a farm in the Burgersdorp area in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, near Aliwal North and Queenstown.  Labrador Retrievers are highly intelligent, are wonderful with children and highly protective of their loved ones. They make great family pets.

 

We have two black females and one black male. All three carry the “chocolate” pigment which means that both black and chocolate pups will be available when born. 

 

We interact and play with all our pups on a daily basis to ensure that they are well socialized and emotionally mature by the time they are ready to leave for their new homes

 

The parents are all tested for hip / elbow dysplasia and for the degenerative eye disease, Progressive Retinal Atrophy. Our pregnant and lactating females together with the puppies are fed on Hills Science Plan, which is the very best available food, Puppies are dewormed, and treated with Frontline to ensure that they are tick and flee free at all times.  All puppies are inoculated and micro chipped at six weeks

 

Each purchaser receives a file containing a copy of both parents’ registration certificates, hip / elbow certificates and PRA certificates together with an inoculation card and raising advice for the young puppy.

 

The original registration certificate for your puppy will be posted by registration mail approximately four to six weeks after delivery of the puppy.  Puppies can be flown to any major airport in South Africa at the purchaser’s expense.  A deposit of 50% is needed to book your puppy.
