 Yogi

Hi, my name is Caren and I live in Grahamstown.

My hubby and I do not have children, and so  our doggies have filled that place.  We have had two toy poms (Pomeranians) Our first was Cola (as in Cola bear), he died at the age of 15.  After no hesitation we adopted another child, and his name was Bentley (as in Bentley bear).  He was such a stunner, and a very proud chap.  Sadly after a year and 3 months we lost him due to our stupidity: we gave him a huge bone and pieces got stuck in him and after being hospitalized for the night and my hubby staying with him for the entire night, he passed away the following morning.  After a while of deciding if we should or should not get another baby, I was searching the
internet for breeders and all of a sudden there he was - the most beautiful tiny little puppy that melted our hearts.  There was no doubt, he was ours!!!  We contacted the breeder and she was so kind to us and used to sms us photos of him of his different stages of growth and finally the day came that we fetched him form Port Elizabeth Airport. It was love at first sight!!!

He has truly been such a blessing to us and helped us to heal from the loss of Cola and Bentley.  He will never take their place but he fills another gap in our hearts.

Our new baby is called Yogi (as in Yogi bear), and he is a real character. He loves a tennis ball to bits and if you swim, he is there wanting you throw ball for him and when he gets hot he comes to the pool for you to put him in so he can cool off.  The latest is that once we have thrown ball for him and we are not in the pool, he goes and cools off in my mom's water feature.  He has surely brought laughter and happiness back into our home and we would not
wish things any different. The Lord really blessed us with a new little boy when our other two were taken.  The Lord knew our hearts and so He sent our new little boy to us, and for this we are very grateful.

If you are looking for a real companion, you will NEVER go wrong with a Pomeranian, and this is speaking from nearly 17 years experience from having them in our home.  You will never be sorry!!!
